225 g flour 75 g castor sugar 200 g butter 25 g cocoa powder 50 g cornflakes chocolate icing (to decorate) walnut halves (to decorate) |

What to do |
Soften the butter with a wooden spoon or a few seconds in a microwave Add the sugar and beat to a creamy texture Add flour, cocoa and cornflakes. Mix well Spoon the mixture in small lumps onto a greased tray and flatten slightly. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180 C Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack When cold, add chocolate icing and a walnut half on top. |
